Shay Johansen PROMOTED TO President and Chief Operations Officer at Pentalon Construction

[SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, September 1, 2024 --] After more than 23 years with Pentalon Construction, we are excited to announce that Shay Johansen has been promoted to President and Chief Operations Officer. In this role, Shay will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s day-to-day operations and site management for all ongoing projects. He will also play a crucial role in shaping and implementing Pentalon's strategic vision, working to achieve the company’s long-term goals and objectives.

Before joining Pentalon, Shay owned and operated his own construction business. With over 40 years of experience in the industry, he has held several key positions throughout his career, including superintendent, project manager, estimator, and scheduler. His extensive background encompasses both public and private sector projects. Shay’s leadership and deep industry knowledge are instrumental in ensuring that projects are executed smoothly, from initial concept through to successful completion.
